Opened last Friday in a garden in honor Balsicas Severine Fructuoso Ros.
This act is a sign of public recognition and honor the memory of Ms. Ros Fructuoso, as an example of generosity and altruism citizen of this lady (RIP) and their closest relatives, the creation of a new garden in the hamlet of Balsicas.
Severina Balsicas born in 1921 in the homes of Caliche, near the present district of Carmen.
When she married, she moved to the area of the Gaon, acquired by inheritance, some land owned by his father, who now occupy the homes of her four children, and a plot aimed at a public park, which opened its name.
Severina always lived in peace and coexistence with neighbors, voluntary and given to others, earned the esteem of all with his gentle and generous attitude.
He died in 2005, aged 84, leaving a pleasant and indelible memories among his neighbors Balsicas.
