The art and culture of flamenco enter the classrooms of the Region this year.
An initiative that takes place in the schools of Andalusia and that experimentally, this course, is carried out in 24 schools in the region, among them the Hernández Ardieta de Roldán.
A pedagogical program, directed by Carlos Piñana, that introduces basic notions of cante, baile, guitar and cajón and about the history and roots of jondo art.
Yesterday, November 20, students from the Hernández Ardieta school went to the Civic Center of the town to participate in a Flamenco session, during which they had a presentation on what Flamenco is and the explanation of each member of the group in a practical way with some rhythmic or musical reason that identifies it, such as quejío.
After the presentation of the project, the practice of the language of flamenco was carried out with students and teachers through the rhythmic explanation of the compass of tangos so that the students and teachers will participate with the palmas and a bailaora interpreted different movements with her hands.
A pioneering program in the region to bring young people closer to Flamenco.
