The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León and the president of the Festera Association Festival Commission of El Jimenado, Noelia Jiménez have signed a collaboration agreement for the Patron Saint Festivities of El Jimenado, which are held from August 25 to September 8, in honor of Our Lady of Consolation.
An act in which the Councilor of Celebrations, Yolanda Castaño, as well as members of the Municipal Corporation have been present.
León has acknowledged the great work of the associations, and collectives, thanking the dedication of the Holiday Commissions, which work throughout the year, to get great parties, the taste of all the neighbors.
In addition, he valued the involvement of this new Festival Commission, which begins its journey with great enthusiasm.
Also, Leon said that, from the Consistory, in addition, of the economic contribution, for the development of the Patron Saint Festivities, will collaborate with the work of the Municipal Services, electricians, maintenance personnel, as well as the municipal police, overturn so that the parties pass without altercations and develop favorably.
The president listed the most important acts and activities this year, inviting residents of the municipality to enjoy a full and varied program of events.
Highlighting, that this year the festivities will be very intense, and will be developed on two weekends, with activities also during the week.
