The youth of the Popular Party of Torre Pacheco already have a new leader.

Roldanense Francisco Javier Martínez Conesa was appointed last Friday president of New Generations (NNGG) of the municipality in the sixth congress of the youth organization.

Martínez Conesa took over from Juan Carlos Martínez, who since 2014 has held the presidency of NNGG.

During the congress, the new management team of the organization was also appointed, which is composed of twenty-two young people from Torre Pacheco and the districts.

Because we care about our neighbors and because young people have a lot to say and contribute. The municipality is dead. They close shops, they are stagnant and It is not related to the Autonomous Community. It is time to give a boost to the Torre Pacheco PP. Today begins a new stage for New Generations and for the party, "said Martínez Conesa.

Francisco Javier Martínez Conesa is 22 years old and is a Roldán neighbor, but despite his youth, he has a long history of political and social responsibilities.

He has been claustral of the University of Murcia and treasurer of the Student Council of the teaching institution.

In addition, he is co-founder of the Association of Young Liberals and the Association of Law Students and ADE (double degree of which he is a student).

In addition, he is president of the Roldán Festival Committee and a member of the Knights of San José.

The first step taken by the incoming board of directors has been to appoint Juan Carlos Martínez, honorary president of the youth organization, "to recognize the great work he has done during these years and so that he does not disassociate himself from NNGG," explained the new President.

The event was attended by more than a hundred NNGG militants from the municipality and representatives of the Popular Municipal Group.

José Miguel Luengo, mayor of San Javier, Francisco García, president of the NNGG Region of Murcia, Antonio Garre, president of the local PP also participated in the congress.
