This is a pilot visit organized by the Department of Youth to publicize departments and municipal services related to the actions that the youth perform or solicit.
In this way they know in the first person the different procedures that can be carried out in the Town Hall as well as the location of each of the sections or services.
The Councilor for Youth, Concepción Martínez has accompanied the visit, which has included the Department of Youth, Municipal Office of Consumer Information, General Registry, Single Window, Empadronamiento, Cadastre, Collection and tax management area, Municipal archives, Culture and Sports;
In addition to other services of proximity such as the OMITA (Municipal Office of Information and Administrative Processing) that allows to carry out certain municipal administrations without needing to move to the City Hall or the office of management of the Tax Agency that avoids displacements to Murcia or Cartagena.
They have also been able to access and visit the Plenary Hall.
The visit has ended in the Social Services building where the housing, health and health or family programs are located.
After the visit has been projected a video summarizing the most usual procedures that are performed in each department.
Municipal workers in each of the services visited have briefly explained the more usual or more frequent procedures carried out by young people and have solved the doubts raised.
