Cantera de Rock is a group of professional musicians and teachers who for the second consecutive year have done a rock class in Dolores de Pacheco, with the intention of promoting the hobby and the study of modern music.
A pleasant and attractive performance for the students, where live musical pieces are interspersed with explanations regarding the exposed contents, interacting with the public.
With this class, children and young people, have known the different styles of popular music of the twentieth century, such as Blues, Rock, Funk and Pop, in the most direct and simple way for students as it is a concert.
Raúl Lledó, Councilor for Culture, thanked the center for the organization of initiatives like this, betting on didactic concerts, and putting in value the study of modern music, and that coinciding with the celebration of the Patron Saint of Music, Saint Cecilia, They bring music to the youngest, capturing their attention with the music they usually hear.

Likewise, Vicente Silla, director of the CPEI Bas Ntra. Sra. De los Dolores, thanked the music teachers for their involvement and their work to bring their subject closer to the youngest.
