The mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Antonio León, and the president of the Cycling Federation of Murcia, Sergio Martinez, accompanied by the Councilor for Youth, Conchi Martinez, have presented at the Municipal Velodrome of Torre-Pacheco Regional Championship Track 2018 , which is celebrated on Saturday, February 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
León, has highlighted the Velodrome as a unique sports infrastructure in our region, for its state and services, suitable for sporting events of this level.
For his part, Martinez, has listed the categories that have this championship, cadet, junior, elite, sub-23, highlighting this year the male and female master category.
This championship will feature prominent national cyclists, Alberto Pérez, Laura Méndez, Andrea Castejón and Andrés García, will be next Saturday at Torre-Pacheco;
hoping to also have the presence of Eloy Teruel, runner of the Spanish national team.
One more year, the runners of the municipality, Irene Ménez, Andrés "Pichi", María Roca and Laura Méndez will participate.
The Championship will begin its tests at 9 in the morning, ending at approximately 6 in the afternoon with the awards ceremony.
A must for sports lovers and especially cycling, this Saturday at the municipal velodrome of Torre-Pacheco.
