The Bullfighting Club, the Association of Innkeepers and COEC Torre-Pacheco, organize the "I Taurine Gastronomic Days", with the collaboration of the City Council of Torre-Pacheco, for the days 23, 24 and 25 of February, and 2, 3 and 4 of March.
The Councilor for Local Development, Rosalía Rosique, the president of HOSTPA, Julián Pedreño and Juán López, director of the Taurino Club, were in charge of publicizing these conferences.
A very interesting event that contributes to the dynamization of the municipality, as Rosalía Rosique has commented.
An initiative, according to Juán López, that comes from the Bullfighting Club, and that from the first moment had the support of the Hoteliers Association.
The Bullfighting Club of Torre-Pacheco founded in 2004, has 167 members, and a wide and varied program of activities, among which are conferences, trips, gatherings, and as a novelty the organization of these first Gastronomic Days.
A very interesting event for the Hospitality Association, as pointed out by its president, and in which 15 establishments participate, with menus, tapas and cocktails;
a challenging activity for the innkeepers, according to Pedreño, as they are tapas that do not have much root in our area, as is the tail of the bull or the cheek, trying to energize our town with a bullfighting touch.
The 1st Taurine Gastronomic Conference, a must for lovers of gastronomy and the world of the bull.
