This morning Councilman Councilman Delegate Services for Economic Development, Local Development, Tourism, Trade and New Technologies, Communication and Innovation Vivancos Isidro and Manuel Funes, representative ADICAE Murcia (Users Association banks, and insurance) have presented the agreement by which ADICAE attend and handle claims for consumers affected by financial and insurance issues, but mainly those complaints and inquiries involving ground clauses which are mainly applied in home loans.
The service is offered twice a month at the offices of the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), fortnightly, from 10:00 to 13:00., Thursday and always being the first day on Thursday June 12.
And is scheduled to end in May 2015, thus lasting 1 year.
By the City Council will have a fee of 3,000 euros and ADICAE use an office in the OMIC with the equipment necessary to serve users.
