The regional government on the proposal of Minister of Agriculture and Water, has authorized the hiring of various drainage and wastewater general collectors in the towns of Mazarrón and Torre Pacheco, for a total of more than 4.6 million euros.
On the one hand, it is spending and the implementation of the works included in the proposed drainage improvement of management of the Port of Mazarrón Bay, for an amount of base budget of 1,905,958 euros tender in two installments.
The works aim to improve the functionality of the existing drainage channel leading to the beach of the island, by conditioning the channel is not intubated and replacement of headers.
On the other hand, in the same municipality of Mazarrón, has authorized the hiring, spending and the implementation of the works included in the draft general sanitation collectors and rainwater from the streets Pino, Boquera and Avenue of the Mulberry, by a base budget of 1,450,618 euros bidding, also in two installments.
For the third project, it is hiring, spending and the implementation of the works included in the draft general sewage collector of the Jimenado, in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, with a budget of 1,263. EUR 794 in a single annuity.
In this case it works to improve the treatment of wastewater from this hamlet, with the transportation of the same through a treatment plant collector Torre Pacheco.
