The Department of Sports of the Municipality of Torre Pacheco has programmed solidarity trekking routes, in order to prepare those interested in participating in the X Route of the Fortresses, mountain crossing that will take place in April next year.
The Councilor for Sports, Raul Lledó, accompanied by the sports coach, Rafael Alcázar, presented the solidarity trekking routes that this year are focused on preparing for this hard sporting event.
To do this, five partial routes have been programmed for this test and a final one with the entire route.
Participants must register with the Department of Sports and bring non-perishable food that will be distributed by Cáritas Torre Pacheco.
The first route will be on October 28 with a trip between Sierra Gorda and Calvario.
There will be free buses and participants will have a card to prove the completion of all stages.
