Torre Pacheco paid homage to Pedro Jiménez, a neighbor of Torre Pacheco born in 1933 in his home after the old Town Hall, mayor for 20 years since the beginning of democracy (1979-1999), in addition to having previously been a councilor and subsequently , Gold Medal of the Villa de Torre Pacheco granted on December 6, 2000, as well as a preacher of the 2016 Patron Saint Festival. Pedro Jimenez demonstrated last Saturday that he continues to maintain a vitality and an intellectual maturity that surprises every time he has an opportunity, and his people showed him once again that he is a loved person and admired by all.
