The Polyphonic Choral Associations, Friends of Music, Choirs and Dances, Luis Pacheco Cultural Association, Rondalla de Torre Pacheco and Folk Music Association Virgen de los Dolores de Dolores de Pacheco, have signed this morning collaboration agreements with the City Council of Torre Pacheco.
The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, the councilman of Culture, Raúl Lledó and the coordinator of the Department of Culture, Teresa Marín, were present at the signing of the agreements, as well as the presidents of the different Associations, with whom the City Council has signed the collaboration agreements.
The Association Friends of Music of Torre Pacheco, receives 45,000 euros, to defray expenses of organization and development of cultural and musical activities through the School of Music as well as performances of the Band.
Its president Antonia Pagan thanked the City of Torre Pacheco, the collaboration and took the opportunity to invite neighbors and visitors to the concerts scheduled for these Christmas.
The President of the Polyphonic Choral Association "Arts Antiqua" of Torre Pacheco, Manuel Hernández Ojosnegros, has signed the Collaboration Agreement, for which he receives 5,300 euros to defray expenses of organization and development of cultural and musical activities through the School of Singing, as well as for musical performances.
The Folk Musician Association "Virgen de los Dolores", Dolores de Pacheco, receives 2,000 euros, to defray the cost of promotion and enhancement of folklore, and the celebration of the X Encuentro de Cuadrillas and the Fourth Christmas Carols Contest.
For his part, José García, president of the Rondalla, has listed the activities and actions that the Association carries out during the Christmas holidays.
The Luis Pacheco Cultural Association of Torre Pacheco, has signed a collaboration agreement, amounting to 45,000 euros, to defray expenses of organization and development of cultural and musical activities through the School of Music, as well as performances of the Music Band , as its president, María José Garcerán, has commented.
The Asociación Cultural Agrupación Musical de Rondalla Ntra. Sra. Del Rosario de Torre Pacheco, receives 5,000 euros, destined to cover musical teaching expenses through solfeggio lessons and stringed instruments, as well as performances with the Orquesta de Pulso y Púa.
The president of the Rondalla, Laureano Baños has taken the opportunity to list the upcoming events and activities in which they will participate.
The Folkloric Music Group "Virgen del Rosario" Choirs and Dances of Torre Pacheco, receives 4,600 euros, to cover costs of promotion and enhancement of folklore through the School of Music and organization of performances.
The current president, Pedro Vera, thanked once again the support of the City Council, listing the actions that will be carried out in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, with the aim of preserving the tradition of the "Aguinaldo".
Noting that the Association was founded in the year 1970, celebrating the 50th anniversary in the year 2020, so in the next year we will work on the design of this celebration, also thanking the work of all the people who have gone through the Choirs and Dances during these years, and above all to Dolores Garcerán, former president and soul of the Folkloric Musical Group Choirs and Dances "Virgen del Rosario".
