On Wednesday morning, the mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio Leon, accompanied by the Councilor for Parks and Gardens, Mari Carmen Guillen, along with members of the Municipal Corporation visited Roldán, specifically the Garden No. 6 and the Villa Angela Park , to inform neighbors of the rehabilitation and improvement works included in the Financially Sustainable Investment Plan.
The Councilor for Parks and Gardens, explained the planned actions highlighting the work that will be carried out in each of the green areas.
In Green Zone No. 6, a series of rehabilitation and improvement works will be undertaken, which are included in the Financially Sustainable Investment Plan.
Guillen, pointed out that these IFS will be made in different parts of the municipality and in them the City will invest around € 2,000,000, thanks to the surplus obtained in 2017, and after having lowered the debt in more € 30,000,000.
In the specific case of the Green Zone No. 6, the green areas will be refurbished, where the entire irrigation system will be installed, grass will be planted in the flowerbeds and shade trees will be placed so that everything is fully landscaped .
In addition to gardening, the company LUDOMÁQUIN, will be responsible for building the playground, a theme park with vehicles for the extinction of fires, where they have incorporated different games designed for children aged between 3 and 12 years and that Of course, they comply with all the corresponding regulations, Guillén pointed out.
Adding that between the games highlights the installation of an adapted fire truck, which will have several additional games such as steering wheel control cranes, cockpit simulation, suspension bridge, among others, also will be placed a hydroplane that will have a climbing area by the wings, slide, firemen's bar, and tunnels, among many other things that will make the little ones can interact and develop their skills.
There will also be a 4-seater car and a seesaw with room for 5 users.
The installation of the games will be carried out on a cushioning rubber pavement of the highest quality (EPDM), with several layers and thicknesses adapted to the fall heights of the games, in accordance with the regulations.
In addition, it will be themed in a "Nature" environment, with vegetation and animals, with a multitude of colors and will include the game of hopscotch and tangles.

Then, during the visit to the Villa Ángela Park, Mari Carmen Guillén commented that in this area and also within the IFS, the integral rehabilitation of the children's area will be carried out.
In this case, the park will have a theme "Marina", designed for users from 3 to 10 years;
