The park of La Constitución and the Plaza Ricardo Sanmartín, both of Balsicas are going to be rehabilitated thanks to the works framed in the Plan of Financially Sustainable Infrastructures for this year 2019 with an execution period of 3 months and a budget of 81,278 euros .

The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, accompanied by the Pedáneo de Balsicas Mayor, José Vera, members of the Municipal Corporation and representatives of the Ludomáquina company, among others, visited the Constitution Park where works framed in the Plan will be undertaken of Financially Sustainable Infrastructures, together with the Parque de la Plaza Ricardo Sanmartín, with a three-month execution period and an execution budget of 81,278 euros.
León noted that in addition to these refurbishment and rehabilitation works of these playgrounds, they will also repave roads that have a more deteriorated asphalt in the town, as is the case of the one in front of the Balsicas cemetery, the village of Cartagena to Orihuela as it passes through this district, the accesses to the sports center that are going to be repaved, as well as the urban center, will also be conditioned.
The manager of the company Ludomáquina, Francisco Peñalver in charge of designing the works of the parks stressed that in the park of the Plaza de la Constitución, with colorful design, original and fun set in the Prehistoric era with themed nature, 456 meters will be paved squares (currently on land), of which 160 will be of high quality buffer soil.
In the park there will be plant and animal elements, and there will be a multitude of games designed for children of all ages, to develop their psychomotor and social interaction skills, an integrating park, with inclusive games, and that complies with all the regulations of security.
For its part, the Ricardo Sanmartín Meroño Garden, will have a colorful design, set in Marine Theme, with an area of ​​120 square meters of high quality cushion floor;
locating games with marine motifs and thematizations of vegetation and animals, such as crabs, fish or stars;
a park with a multitude of games designed for children of all ages, to develop their psychomotor skills and social interaction, with inclusive games, and complying with all safety regulations.
These works whose execution period is three months come to complete the actions that have already been carried out in this district as the interior fittings of the Civic Center Assembly Hall or the electrical conditioning of the Medical Office.
Among the pending actions, Torre Pacheco City Council continues to demand the resurfacing and signaling of the Avenida de Murcia, which is regionally owned.
Another of the realities that will soon come to light is the work of the Day Center and the rehabilitation of the Senior Center, thanks to the budgetary modification to tender these works that took full.
The Mayor Pedáneo de Balsicas, José Vera was satisfied with the work being done in this hamlet and thanked the effort of the City Council of Torre Pacheco, which will benefit all residents of the municipality, as both the works in the parks and those of the vials have been in high demand.
