"Mingote, orchestra man" is the title of the conference that the graphic humorist, José Manuel Puebla, made yesterday, at the Municipal Public Library of Torre Pacheco, before 150 students of the IES Luis Manzanares and the CEE Virgen del Pasico .

The activity framed in the Campaign to celebrate the Day of Book and Copyright 2019, organized by the City of Torre Pacheco, through the Department of Education and Culture and the Municipal Public Library and this year pays tribute to Antonio Mingote on the centenary of his birth 1919-2019.
