The municipality of Torre Pacheco has approximately 19,500 voters, divided into two electoral districts, Torre Pacheco center, with 12 sections and the districts of Dolores de Pacheco, Balsicas, Roldán, El Jimenado, San Cayetano, Hoyamorena and Los Meroños, with 9 sections , which means, a total of 32 polling stations, the same as in the last elections, last Sunday, April 28.

The polling station will be composed of a president and two members, the positions are mandatory, and 3 substitutes have been elected.

According to the electoral legislation, the office of president and member of polling stations is a right and a civic duty, which can only be excused due to incompatibility or force majeure, duly accredited.

For the draw, the ePOB census management computer program was used, selecting a total of 288 people, for the 32 electoral tables of the municipality of Torre Pacheco, of which 96 are Holders, who will be notified, starting today and in the next days.

Once notified, there are seven days to justify to the Zone Electoral Board a documented cause that prevents him from being at the table.

In addition, for being on Sunday May 26 at the polling station, the president and the two elected members are entitled to an established diet of 65 euros, exempt from withholding by the Treasury.
