The mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León and the president of the Association of Parents of Physical, Psychic and Sensorial Disabled Prometheus, Ascencion Méndez signed the renewal of the collaboration agreement maintained by the City Council and Prometheus.
In this way, the Prometeo association receives an economic contribution of 80,000 euros to carry out actions aimed at the group of children from 0 to 6 years old, beneficiaries of the Early Childhood Development and Assistance Center (CDIAT) of the municipality of Torre pacheco, as well as the maintenance of services, programs and activities thereof, and generally favoring an improvement in their quality of life.
According to Ascensión Méndez, president of Prometheus, this grant focuses on the implementation and maintenance of services, programs and activities of the Center for Child Development and Early Care (CDIAT).
Likewise, he thanked for the collaboration that always renders the City council, sensible to the needs and demands that presents this group, whose purpose is to endow to his users of some better services and of greater quality.
