The Performing Arts Center of Torre Pacheco, hosted the Stay Tuned Project Gala yesterday, framed within the Municipal Plan for the Prevention of Drug Addiction, organized by the Department of Social Services of the City Council of Torre Pacheco and the Institute Foundation of the Free Intelligence
In this novel project, developed during the school year, the students have worked on this theme through preventive workshops, with objectives such as positively assessing health, knowing the risks of drugs, and developing skills in face of group pressure, all in spots advertising
The Gala directed by the Councilor for Social Services and Equality, Veronica Martinez, and the director of the Free Intelligence Institute Foundation, Manuel Cebrián, gathered hundreds of young people in the presentation of advertising spots, made by students of Secondary Education IES Luis Manzanares, IES Gerardo Molina, IES Sabina Mora, CEE Virgen del Pasico, Pasico 2 and CP Ntra. Sra. De los Dolores.
A total of 7 spots, where young people have worked on the prevention of drug addiction, transforming it into audiovisual works, original, novel and of great impact.
The jury formed by students from the different institutes of the municipality, valued the work of all participants, highlighting as the second finalist the spot Ntra Institute Ms. Dolores de Pacheco Dolores and as the first finalist at the institute Sabina Mora de Roldan.
All the participants received an original trophy made by the PROMETEO Association.
