The Councilor for Sports, acting, Torre Pacheco City Council, Raul Lledó accompanied by the president of the Federation of Triathlon of the Region of Murcia, Diego Calvo, has presented the sports event, which will be held on Saturday June 15 in the Municipal Sports Center Los Cipreses de Balsicas.
An event in which 11 sports clubs from across the Region will participate and which currently has 113 entries, hoping to cover 150 places, the maximum in the event.
Lledó highlighted the commitment of the Consistory, once again, to promote grassroots sports.
For his part, Calvo thanked the willingness of the Municipality of Torre Pacheco for hosting this sporting event, as well as the collaboration of the sponsors.
The Villa Acuatlón de Torre Pacheco will start at 10.00 am at the Los Cipreses Sports Center, with categories of minors, Pre-Benjamín, Benjamín, Alevín, Infantil and Cadete.
The first three classified in each category, will have a prize, except for the Benjamin and Pre-Benjamin category, which will have medals.
The trophies have been made by the Prometeo Association of Torre Pacheco.
In addition, the most numerous Club will have a distinction, as well as a recognition for the Club that most females contribute to the test.
The delivery of numbers will be on Friday, 14 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 pm at the Sports Center, Los Cipreses de Balsicas.
