The Councilor for Social Services and Immigration, María José López Fernández, held on July 18 a meeting with representatives of socio-health associations of the municipality to establish the lines of work that will be maintained over the next four years.
The councilor was at the disposal of social agents to make them come their proposals and needs.
For its part, proposed to establish a coordination space that facilitates knowledge of the social reality of the municipality and generate synergies that allow optimizing social resources to improve care for people.
During this first meeting held at the Social Services Center at Avda Europa, it was agreed to maintain a more continuous and fluid relationship between the Social Services and the entities that, through different projects and with certain groups, provide socio-health services in Torre Pacheco.
For this purpose, in future meetings, work tables will be created in which the main lines of action for the coming years will be established.
