The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, accompanied by the Councilor for Urban Planning, Alberto Galindo, the Councilor for Contracting, Mari Carmen Guillen and the Urban Planning Technician, José Antonio Pedreño, visited the paving works carried out in El Jimenado.
As explained by the Councilor for Urban Planning Alberto Galindo, various asphalting and paving works have been carried out in several streets of the urban center of El Jimenado, with a budget of 110,154 euros, being the winning company Trasportes y Crushed of Murcia, works included in the first Works and Services Plan (POS) for 2019.
Galindo, has detailed the actions, which consist of the improvement of access and asphalt of the roads of the streets Mayor, Ulea, Avda de Lorca, Caravaca de la Cruz street, Ntra. Mrs. de Monserrat and the entire side of the Avda. from Murcia, between the houses and the RM-F14 road.
Also, the construction of a new steel has been carried out in the two access roads to the municipal facilities, Social Center, College and Medical Center.
In addition, on the sidewalks of Caravaca de la Cruz street, telecommunications services, drinking water have been installed and the lighting service is moved to the new alignment.
The Town Planning Councilor, highlighted the improvement of visibility and image of the urban center of El Jimenado, which was very deteriorated.
