The City of Torre Pacheco has launched the service to advise the neighbors, create a census of victims, and also meet the needs of social emergency.
Personnel of several departments have joined the Local Development to assist those affected.
The opening hours are from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the morning and from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the afternoon.
The Councilor for Finance and Communication, Carlos López, has indicated that the main objective is, first and foremost, to meet the needs of the affected neighbors.
The service personally attends to each of them indicating what are the actions to be taken against insurers and consortium.
A census of those affected is also being prepared, which includes the damages caused, to have everything ready before the declaration of catastrophic zone and to quickly provide information on help lines that can be established by the different administrations both these coming weeks and in the future.
The Office team has also joined a social worker to give personalized attention to those neighbors who are in a situation of special vulnerability.
"We want the neighbors to feel supported at all times," said López, who said that "all the information will also be available on OMITAs and social networks for those who cannot travel to Torre Pacheco or the Office itself."
