On September 26, a coordination meeting took place between the social workers of the Department of Social Services and Immigration of the City of Torre Pacheco, and the technicians of the Ponte en Marcha Program, ¡Empléate !, of the Columbares Association.
The purpose of the meeting was to coordinate the start of this program that has already begun with job guidance tutorials aimed at socially vulnerable people.
In this program, the employability of people with Spanish nationality over 30 years of age, at risk of social exclusion, through work and social guidance tutorials, pre-employment workshops, personal and social skills, and occupational training.
This project is funded by the European Social Fund and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, through the Murciano Institute of Social Action, within the framework of the 2014-2020 Regional Operational Program.
In the meeting, topics such as referral, coordination and individualized itineraries for each of the participants have been discussed.
This program is part of the Collaboration Agreement between the City Council of Torre Pacheco and the COLUMBARES Association whose signature is scheduled for next Friday, October 4.
