So far four crimes have been clarified
The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 'Ensamar' operation, has arrested / investigated two people in Torre Pacheco dedicated to committing robberies in homes and distributing the effects stolen in establishments for the sale of second-hand objects hand.
After the operation, which is framed in the 'Plan against theft in homes', so far the Benemérita has clarified four criminal acts.
The proceedings began last August, when the Civil Guard had knowledge of the commission of several robberies in homes in Torre Pacheco, since then developing the operation in order to clarify the facts and arrest their perpetrators.
The first investigations were carried out in the assaulted buildings, where the civil guards carried out exhaustive technical-ocular inspections in order to collect all possible indications of the illegal form of action and the identity of the authors.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the robberies were committed using force and scale until they accessed the interior of the buildings.
Once inside they stole any object that had an agile commercialization, in some cases metallic materials, tools, batteries, copper wiring, appliances, etc.
In other homes cash and jewelry among others.
At the same time, inspections were carried out in establishments for the sale of second-hand objects and for waste management to try to detect any transaction of stolen objects, resulting in the discovery of jewelery pieces stolen in a house which were seized.
In a scrap yard it was also verified that subtracted effects had been delivered, which had already begun the recycling process.
After obtaining all the necessary evidence and once two neighbors of Torre Pacheco were identified as suspects of the authorship of the robberies investigated, the Civil Guard initiated a search device that has culminated with its location and detention / investigation as alleged perpetrators of theft with force and scam, the latter for delivering stolen objects as if they were his property.
The detained / investigated father and son, Spaniards, 56 and 26 years old and neighbors of Torre Pacheco, the recovered effects and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Court of Instruction of San Javier (Murcia).
