On October 21, from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the workshop KEYS TO SUCCESS AT THE WHATSAPP MARKETING was framed in the 2019 Retail Trade Support Plan scheduled by the Chamber of Commerce of Murcia and subsidized with FEDER Funds.
The activity, organized in collaboration with the Department of Employment and Local Development of the City of Torre Pacheco, aims to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of retail trade by training entrepreneurs and employees in its management, providing them with knowledge and tools to put in practice in order to favor its adaptation to the changes and challenges that currently affect the sector.
The activity has had 22 participants, all of them merchants of the municipality, interested in taking advantage of this training to acquire skills in the management of new technologies and know the keys to use these tools in an effective and effective way, as well as the steps to follow to professionally create a WhatsApp marketing campaign.

This workshop is the second of the three scheduled, the first of which was held on September 23, with the completion of this Program scheduled for November 11, with the activity entitled "HOW TO BE EFFECTIVE IN THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS "
