The Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia (BORM) published today, Thursday, November 21, the announcement of the call for the appointment of a new titular justice of the peace and substitute for Torre Pacheco.
Through this notice it is reported that in accordance with the provisions of articles 99 and SS of Organic Law 6/185, of July 1, of the Judiciary, as to articles 4 and SS of Regulation 3/1995, of June 7, of the justices of the peace, Decree of the Mayor's Office has been issued nº 1.827 / 2019, of October 2, which initiates the file of election of the office of Justice of the Peace of Torre Pacheco.
In this way, a period of 15 business days has been opened, for people who are interested, and meet the legal conditions, can request it by the General Registry of Entrance of the City Council, or by any of the formulas established in art.
16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
The application must be accompanied by the model of participation in the selective process (published on the municipal website), DNI, birth certificate, updated criminal record, medical certificate stating that the person does not suffer from any disease that incapacitates him for exercise of the position, certificate of registration, and personal curriculum.
The deadline ends on December 13.
At the end of the period of presentation of instances, the Plenary City Council will choose the titular justice of the peace and the substitute, from among those who have requested it, provided they meet the established legal requirements.
