The mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, accompanied by the Councilor for Citizen Participation, Valentina López, and the Deputy Mayor, Carlos López, presided over the Act of Taking Possession of the Pedáneos charges, in an act attended by members of the Municipal Corporation, the former mayor of Torre Pacheco, Paco Sáez, the Chief Captain of the Civil Guard, Manuel Gil, presidents of Associations, as well as neighbors and family.

The Mayor highlighted the work of the Pedáneos, as representatives of the Mayor's Office in their territorial scope, and channeling the aspirations of the neighbors regarding the City of Torre Pacheco, extolling their figure in our municipality.

For his part, Carlos López thanked the work of the outgoing Pedáneos, in addition to enumerating the functions of the Mayors and Pedáneas Mayors of the municipality.

The eleven Pedáneos and Pedáneas received from the Mayor and the Councilor for Participation, the decree with his appointment and the silver badge with the shield of the municipality.

An Act that ended with the performance of the Coral Pilarmonics of San Cayetano, a Barbershop-style female choir that performed songs in English and Spanish.
