The Mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, and the president of the Ars Antiqua Polyphonic Coral Association of Torre Pacheco, Manuel Hernández Ojosnegros, have signed this morning, a collaboration agreement, amounting to 5,300 euros to cover organization and development costs of cultural and musical activities through the School of Singing, as well as for musical performances.
The Councilor for Culture, Raúl Lledó and the Councilor for Equality, Verónica Martínez, were present at the event.
The President of the Polyphonic Choir "Ars Antiqua" of Torre Pacheco, thanked the collaboration of the City of Torre Pacheco, as well as the financial contribution received, essential for the development of scheduled activities, pointing out that they have limited economic resources, so That this collaboration is very necessary for the Association.
The mayor thanked the work done by the Association, as well as informed that lovers of choral music who want to be part of the Ars Antiqua Polyphonic Choral Association of Torre Pacheco, can go to the Performing Arts Center of Torre Pacheco, where they perform the singing lessons, every Monday, starting at 9 p.m.
