The Councilor for Education and Volunteering, Paco Sáez, accompanied by members of the International Non-Profit Association Inner Peace (Interior Peace), has presented at the City Hall of Torre Pacheco, the Workshop "Inner Peace" for Non-Violence and Paz, which will be held in the educational centers of the municipality, coinciding with the Cultural Week.
Mariano Moreno, Tatiana Glazkova, Gines Juan Hernández, Fina Ros and Francisco Alberto Mira, volunteers from Inner Peace, have explained the content and purpose of these workshops.
An experience, which according to the monitors, accompanies children to discover their internal resources by helping them improve their ability to relax, to discharge their tensions, to take advantage of the natural force present in them, to overcome fears and difficulties.
Through a game (silence and attention), story or legend and a moment of relaxation, with songs and music, children can experience, a moment of silence and inner peace, and feel like peace is a real and innate experience within each.
