The mayor of Torre Pacheco, Antonio León, accompanied by members of the Municipal Corporation, has visited the new Mercadona supermarket in Torre Pacheco, located in Vereda de Orihuela.
Installations adapted to the company's new Efficient Store Model, with an investment of 4.2 million euros.Antonio León, has wanted to congratulate the company for these facilities as well as congratulate them on this important investment they have made in Torre Pacheco, an efficient shopping center, where quality, innovation, technology and customer service are what cousin, wishing them the best of luck in this new commercial journey in the municipality.Ana Belén Martínez, General Director of External Relations of Mercadona, pointed out that this is an efficient store that is equivalent to 40% energy savings compared to a traditional store; with a total of 55 workers, and more than 1,650 square meters of sales room.
In addition, it has indicated that this store has 165 parking spaces of which 5 are for electric cars.
Noting that this new Mercadona supermarket has news in all its sections, in addition to this store, the "Ready to Eat" section is incorporated.
