The proceedings began after a family fight that took place at dawn in Roldán-Torre Pacheco, where three members of a family had a strong argument in the middle of the street and in which some of them were injured. After receiving the notice of the fight, several patrols of the Civil Guard and the Local Police of Torre Pacheco moved to the place and observed three injured people, some of them seriously, having to enter one of them in the unit of intensive care in a hospital center. The violent nature of the event, the disappearance of the knife linked to the event and the fact that the house had been closed from the outside motivated the agents to enter the interior of the house where the fight had occurred through a balcony to ensure that inspect the scene of the events. In the living-dining room of the house, the agents found several vacuum bags containing a large quantity of marijuana, a bag containing several doses of ecstasy, a precision scale and several vacuum bags arranged for the packaging of marijuana. Initially, and based on the first indications collected in the place, the Civil Guard arrested two of the family members as alleged perpetrators of crime against public health, for drug trafficking. With prior judicial authorization, the investigators carried out the entry and search of the property, in which they found marijuana arranged in buds that yielded a total weight of 1,400 grams, various packaging, material and precision scales used for the dosage of narcotic substance , various doses of ecstasy and telephony devices. The third member of the family related to the events, in recent days and after being discharged from hospital, the Civil Guard has located and detained him also as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health, drug trafficking, and injuries. The investigation shows that those now detained, allegedly, were engaged in the retail sale of different types of narcotic substances. The detainees, the drug seized, the effects seized and the proceedings carried out have been made available to the Investigating Court of San Javier (Murcia).
