Last Monday, October 26, the FRUIT AND VEGETABLE MANIPULATOR training action began at the Casa de la Radio in Torre Pacheco, this training will be complemented with the course that begins today, this time on SAFE HANDLING OF FORKLIFT TRUCKS , and which will be held on the 28th and 29th of this month, from 9 a.m.
to 2 p.m.With a duration of 10 hours each, both courses are part of the training program that the Torre Pacheco City Council, through the Department of Employment and Local Development, has organized to allow qualification in aspects related to the agricultural and food sector.Taught by FECOAM (Federation of Agricultural Cooperatives of Murcia) as a promoter entity and financed by the European Fund for Rural Development (rural development program 2014-2020) through the Ministry of Water, Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Environment of the Region of Murcia, is aimed at both job seekers and company workers who need to acquire skills in handling the forklift, a tool commonly used in the transport, packaging and conservation of food products.A total of 20 participants will thus achieve certification in their handling, complying with current regulations on prevention and safety.
