to 5:00 p.m., the CUSTOMER SERVICE THROUGH SOCIAL NETWORKS workshop is being held at the Casa de la Radio de Torre Pacheco, aimed at merchants in the municipality of Torre Pacheco, and taught by Debora Palop, journalist and trainer.Having a presence in social networks is essential, and this workshop will equip merchants with skills to manage proposals, comments or complaints from customers so that they can be reformulated and used to turn them into possible purchases and the loyalty of satisfied customers.Subsidized with Feder Funds, and belonging to the 2020 Retail Trade Support Plan, this activity is promoted by the Murcia Chamber of Commerce and organized by the Department of Commerce of the Torre Pacheco City Council through the Department of Employment and Local Development.Yolanda Castaño, Councilor for Commerce, welcomed the participants, encouraging them to put into practice new resources to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of the businesses in the municipality, reiterating the importance of this training action for entrepreneurs, given the importance that the Social networks have acquired for the commercial sector in recent times.
