The fugitive was the link in Spain of an organization dedicated to drug trafficking
National Police agents have arrested a citizen of Moroccan origin, on which rested a European Arrest Warrant and Surrender issued by the Belgian authorities.
Belgium had interested a search and capture of a person of Moroccan origin wanted for a crime against public health.
It seems proven that the individual was the link in Spain of a Belgian organization dedicated to drug trafficking.
The arrest took place on day 22 in the town of Torre Pacheco and was carried out by members of the Provincial Brigade of the Judicial Police of the Police Headquarters of Murcia, which acted as a result of the application of collaboration of the Fugitive Location Group of the General Commissariat of the Judicial Police.
The detainee is a man of 25 years of Moroccan origin who had been living in different parts of our region weather;
passing available to the Court.
The National Police in the Central Services has incardinado the Fugitive Location Group which, among its many duties, has the task of locating, in Spanish territory, of persons sought by law enforcement authorities in other countries.
