The business association "Workshops Asociados Torre Pacheco" (TATPA) and COEC Torre Pacheco met this morning with the Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia (FREMM) to address the situation existing unfair competition in the municipality of Torre Pacheco before the facing the newly formed association and study various ways of collaboration between the two organizations.
TATPA was established and integrated into COEC in response to the existence of mechanical workshops and illegal individuals in Torre Pacheco, who without due permission and facilities, providing services in the sector, causing serious damage to employers and clients by not having no guarantee of service
The meeting was chaired by President of COEC Torre Pacheco, Inocente Canovas;
TATPA president, Felix Nieto;
and FREMM president, Juan Antonio Muñoz, among other representatives of different associations.
On the occasion of the relations between FREMM and COEC, the Federation has reached out to the Association of workshops to explore possible collaborations that can establish in the future and has offered the services they have.
Inocente Canovas has expressed "more than positive assessment" of the meeting and maintained FREMM and TATPA intention to establish relationships that "help combat the complicated situation that the mechanical workshops in Torre Pacheco face".
It is also expected that a meeting between FREMM and Workshops Asociados Torre Pacheco is set in the coming weeks to present the Federation provides services to the association and associate members.
