The councilor of Equality of the City of Torre Pacheco, Veronica Martinez Marín, announces that the Center for Specialized Care for Women Victims of Gender Violence (CAVI) with legal, psychologist and social worker services is already in operation.
The hiring of a new social worker, dedicated to this service, completes the care provided in the municipality to the victims.
Starting in January, the service offers comprehensive care and the necessary support to face each situation successfully, all through a program of intervention appropriate to the individual needs of each woman.
The CAVI is a service that works by appointment (968585003) and may be requested by all women who suffer or have suffered mistreatment at the hands of their partners or ex-partners, or who think that they may be in a similar situation.
