The mayor of Torre-Pacheco Antonio Leon has received, this Monday after the funeral mass, a telephone call of King Felipe VI King of Spain.
During the conversation, HM the King became interested in the tragic event, being impressed by the young age of the deceased.
King Felipe VI presented to the Mayor his condolences and his deepest affection and solidarity with the families of the deceased, as well as for the friends and neighbors of the municipality of Torre-Pacheco, requesting that they be given a transfer on their behalf And in that of HM the Queen.
The mayor thanked the monarch for the gesture of personally calling him over the phone, as well as his interest and solidarity for our neighbors, pledging to convey his condolences to the families of the five young people who died.
