On the occasion of the latest robberies in the hamlet of Lo Ferro-Roldán, the Local Police of Torre-Pacheco has intensified surveillance in the area.
Yesterday, in the course of a preventive control in the said locality and when one of the vehicles stopped in the police device was "checked", the agents observe that its occupants, a man of 22 years and a woman 34, both of Spanish nationality and neighbors of Cartagena, behaved in a very strange and suspicious way, so they proceeded to search the driver of the vehicle, which is located in the pocket of the pants, and hidden in the interior Of a box of medicine, a total of 19 sheets containing a whitish substance that could be cocaine, as well as fractional money.
The agents, when checking the documentation of the tourism and the driver, found that he had no driving license, so he proceeded to arrest him for an alleged crime against public health and another against road safety, being transferred to the Integral Security Center Of Torre Pacheco where they were instructed the appropriate proceedings and later put to judicial disposition.
