For this, it has been essential the involvement and teamwork of the Departments of Informatics, Municipal Intervention and Social Services.
As is known, social emergency aid is economic benefits granted by the City Council through the Department of Social Services and Equality to those people or families who are experiencing situations of need and lack the financial resources to meet their basic needs.
Among other purposes, this aid includes the payment of supplies, electricity and water, food, pharmacy expenses and other similar needs.
According to the Councilor for Social Services and Equality Veronica Martinez Marin, "this new system will undoubtedly be an advance in the control and management of social emergency assistance aimed at the most vulnerable people"
