In March, Ayuntamiento and Empresa reached an agreement whereby the former agreed to pay the operating deficit in the monthly installments and the company to pay the employees' payroll on a regular basis.
Unfortunately, the workers have informed the City that the latter is not being fulfilled.
Torre Pacheco City Council has as main objective to guarantee the labor stability of the workers in the medium term, safeguarding the economic and legal rights that correspond to them, as well as the quality of the service in all its dimensions, and for that reason considers key to culminate the new Bidding process to establish a new contract with guarantees for all parties.
