On Thursday, September 7th, a meeting between the Festival Committee and the Peñas de Torre Pacheco took place in the Hall of the House of Radio, which analyzed the preparation of the different activities to be programmed in the next Fiestas Patronales, as well as the establishment of calendar and norms of installation of the rocks in the Extended Campus of the Radar, launched last year and that supposed the greater concentration of rocks of all the region.
The representatives of the pianists, who filled the auditorium, were able to resolve their doubts, assuming the start of all the proceedings for a new edition of the most popular parties in the area;
for weeks, the City Council is refurbishing the space of the Radar, which gradually improves its services and extends the capacity for more rocks.
Mayor Antonio Leon welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their enthusiastic participation in the 2016 edition, as well as invited them to continue collaborating and getting involved in parties prepared by and for them.
He also took the opportunity to request the participation of the clubs in the rest of events held throughout the year, not only holidays but also cultural, sports and social.
