Torre-Pacheco's Town Hall with its Trinitarians and Berberiscos Historical Festivity has been the guest of Honor to the Carthaginians and Romans 2017, in order to strengthen the links between the two parties.
On Friday, September 15, Campamento Festero was inaugurated. A booth of the Torre-Pacheco Town Hall Tourist Office was set up inside the protocol tent, an information space with brochures of the different tourist routes, parties and events with which counts the municipality of Torre-Pacheco.
In addition, visitors enjoyed a tasting of cordials and delicacies accompanied by sweet wine, in order to promote the pastries of the municipality.
The opening ceremony was attended by the Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Antonio León and the Councilor for Tourism, Rosalía Rosique, accompanied by the President of the Autonomous Community, Fernando López, the Presiding Councilor, Pedro Rivera, the Transparency Councilor, Participation and Spokesperson, Noelia Arroyo, besides the members of the Federation of Troops and Legions, as well as a representation of the Trinitario-Berberiscas Festivals.
It is worth remembering that a formation of Carthagineses and Romans paraded this summer in the parties pachequeras and now they are Trinitarians and Berberiscos that parade next Saturday September 23 by the streets of Cartagena in the great parade of Troops and Legions.
