The director of CIFEA, Plácido Varó, the Mayor of Torre-Pacheco, Antonio León, the Councilor for Local Development, Rosalía Rosique, the president of HOSTPA, Julian Pedreño and the president of the Gastronomic Association Villa de Torre-Pacheco, visit the facilities of the Integral Center of Training and Experiences Agrarian of Torre-Pacheco.
In addition to a tour of the facilities, they held a working meeting in which they addressed different points, highlighting the possibility of starting new projects related to hotel training.
Antonio León, stressed the importance of these centers and the need to put in value in Torre-Pacheco center, as it has facilities and infrastructures, suitable for the training of professionals, highlighting the magnificent facilities with which CIFEA of Torre-Pacheco.
For its part, the director of CIFEA, Plácido Varó said that this center belongs to the Ministry of Agriculture Livestock and Fisheries of the Autonomous Community and fulfills a training through regulated courses.
He also informed that in Torre-Pacheco he can take the middle cycle of Technician in Gardening and Floristry and Technician in agricultural production, as well as the superior cycle of Technician in landscaping and rural environment.
The president of HOSTPA, pointed out that the CIFEA of Torre Pacheco has facilities suitable to be able to develop teaching related to the hotel industry and thus train the professionals who demand these studies.
