The Town Hall of Torre Pacheco has been a meeting point for a day of training promoted by the School of Training and Innovation of the Public Administration of the Region of Murcia (EFIAP).
The call has given an appointment to representatives of different consistories of the region (Torre Pacheco, Cartagena, La Union, San Javier, San Pedro del Pinatar and Fuente Alamo), who have exchanged criteria on the planning and detection of training needs in the different services municipalities, in order to elaborate a Training Plan fully adequate to them.
Once again, the EFIAP collects the suggestions and municipal contributions to work on the elaboration of a training plan that aims not only to satisfy the main needs and demands of municipal public employees of the Region, but also to contribute to the effective provision of quality public services, which can only be achieved through suitably qualified staff.
The event was attended by Mr. Francisco Saavedra García, Director of the School of Training and Innovation, and the responsible technicians of the project, Ms. Ana Mª García and Mrs. Mª José López.
On the part of the City Council, the Councilor for Personnel, D Rosalía Rosique attended, along with technicians from the area of ​​Personnel, Local Development and Public Safety.
