The City of Torre Pacheco has published in the Portal of Transparency all the information regarding the labor conflict that it maintains with the unions of the Local Police.
The aim is for local residents and local police, as well as municipal workers and local police, to have first-hand knowledge of the reports, proposals for agreements and other documents that the City Council is taking as a reference for negotiation with the trade unions. police.
In this sense, the City Council has published the proposals of UGT and the Department of Citizen Security of special conditions and schedules of the Local Police, as well as a report of the Legal Counsel of the session, on compliance with the legality or not of the proposals and several legal reports on the matter also carried out by the Coordination of Local Police of the CARM and the General Affairs section of the Consistory.
The Municipal Intervention Report on the non-payment of "debt" demanded by the unions of 2011 and 2012, and others related to this claim from the Police Headquarters, the former Municipal Secretary and the previous Auditor on the same extreme, highlighting these reports the need to prove compliance with the ordinary day for the payment of extraordinary services.
The City Council has also included information on the different tender procedures initiated to cover the lack of material resources of the Local Police, with links to the profiles of the contractor so that citizens can consult the economic and technical information of the procedures and as well as judgments relating to matters that will be discussed in the Negotiating Table that the City Council has called for next November 2.
In the same way, the salary table has been published with the net salaries of the agents, captains and heads to comply with the Transparency Law.
