This fact assumes that the study does not include most social service expenses, and results in a per capita expenditure figure that is unrealistic and completely out of context.

The Councilor noted that Torre Pacheco Social Services work more than 22 people, with costs amounting to more than 700,000 euros a year, and that the facilities of the area are formed by 4 senior centers and an administrative building itself, whose expenses of annual maintenance are also not included in this cost analysis.

According to López, spending on Social Services in 2016 was around € 50 per inhabitant, far from the 18 established by the study.
