Councilor for Social Services and Equality, Veronica Martinez wanted to welcome the participants in this course as well as the technique of the SARA Project, Lucia Agüera;
highlighting the purpose of the Program that has been imparted since January 15, aimed at women, mostly immigrants or residents of the municipality, who need to improve their employability because they are far from the labor market and wish to be trained in an occupation of their interest.
The Motivation and Accompaniment Itineraries Program is financed by the Institute for Women and Equal Opportunities through the co-financing of the European Social Fund within the Operational Program of Social Inclusion and Social Economy, POISES, 2014-2020.
The course, as reported Agüera "is developed through Insertion Itineraries that includes, group work of personal motivation towards employment, occupational training and non-work practices, course of auxiliary operations of preparation in the food industry, career guidance, accompaniment to employment and promotion of entrepreneurship ".
Likewise, he thanked the collaboration of the City Council of Torre-Pacheco through the Department of Social Services, who has given the necessary facilities for the completion of the course;
and also to companies in the area, which collaborate in information actions, development of non-work practices and job offers.
