The objective is to publicize the integration of sustainable measures in agriculture to achieve a change that reduces the environmental impact of agricultural activities and ensures the improvement of employees.
This action is part of the Sustainable Development Plan for Agricultural Activity, implemented by IBERMED in the CEMIDI facilities, and with the collaboration of the Torre Pacheco City Council, Ecologists in Action and the ArcoSur Irrigation Community.
The actions are co-financed by the European Social Funds (ESF), through the Empleaverde program of the Biodiversity Foundation of the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, Food and Environment.
The actions are aimed at people who are working.
All the actions are free, they are co-financed by the ESF and the objective is to obtain training and quality employment.
This action consists of 7 courses that are the following:
Course of mixed cultures aquaponics and aeroponics
Course on the use of agricultural waste.
Course of biological and technological systems for nutrient reduction in water bodies.
Course on integrated and biological control of crops.
Course of efficient use of fertilizers in agriculture.
Sustainable continental aquaculture course.
Course of application of renewable energies in agriculture.
Each of the courses will consist of 3 editions that will be held throughout 2018 at the CEMIDI facilities.
