The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the 'Improvement Plan for the Trade Sector', has arrested in flagrante the four members of a criminal group while committing a robbery with force in a bar in Torre Pacheco.
In addition to frustrating the commission of the theft, agents have seized tools and a vehicle used in the criminal act.
The events took place at dawn, when citizen security prevention services that provided service through the urban area of ​​Torre Pacheco detected a vehicle with several individuals inside that generated certain suspicions of being related to some criminal activity.
At the same time, they watched as another person crawled on the floor leaving a bar through a hole made in the blind that had been forced, so the Civil Guard arrested the four involved in the robbery of the establishment.
After the arrest, the civil guards carried out the pertinent checks both in the public establishment assaulted and in the immobilized vehicle, all with the purpose of gathering all the possible indications to clarify the criminal act.
In the vehicle used by those arrested, a cash register tray with cash and documentation related to the establishment was found, as well as a metal bar one meter long, a hammer and a screwdriver, tools supposedly used to force access to the establishment.
In addition, one of the individuals was found three lottery tickets stolen from inside the bar and a screwdriver hidden among his clothing.
Inside the premises they verified that the cash register was open and the box found inside the vehicle was missing and they found that the tobacco machine had been torn from its location and was lying on the floor and ready to be removed from the premises. the hollow of the blind they had forced.
The arrested men, between 30-45 years, Spaniards and neighbors of Cartagena (Murcia), the money, the effects and the vehicle seized, as well as the diligences instructed, have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 7 of San Javier (Murcia).
